Frequently asked questions
Can my vendors ship directly to your warehouse?
Yes. Vendors and carriers can ship to our dock at 13615 NE Jarrett St, Portland, OR 97230 from anywhere in the country. Use your project name as the sidemark and we match it to your PO.
What happens if an item arrives damaged or off-spec?
We photograph it, note the exception with the carrier, and send you a report the same day. We can coordinate the return or replacement with your vendor and provide the documentation your claim needs.
Do you open and inspect every box?
Yes — inspection is the point. We unwrap, inspect and re-wrap each piece so concealed damage and wrong finishes surface at receiving, not on install day.
